The Kalpavasis pilgrims who will be based at Kumbh are expected to start arriving by early January 2025.

To manage the huge gathering of hundreds of thousands of people at the mela site and to ensure safe and hassle-free access to Sangam, various crowd management strategies, including traffic restrictions, will be put in place in and around Prayagraj city.

The first auspicious ‘snan’ is scheduled to be held on 13-14 January 2025 which will attract a large number of pilgrims from across the world.

The Indian diaspora participating in the 18th Pravasi Bharatiya Convention in Bhubaneswar, Odisha from 8-10 January 2025 is welcome to join.

To ensure a safe and comfortable visit of the Pravasi Bharatiya delegation to Mahakumbh Mela-2025. Indian diaspora visiting Mahakumbh 2024 are requested to provide us with necessary details to make necessary arrangements to ensure a safe and memorable visit of the Indian diaspora delegation to Mahakumbh.
